The Team
The parishes of Martlesham and Brightwell share a single ministry team, who work together to support the parish and its relationship with God.
The Reverend Ian Naylor is our Parish Priest and he leads a team of Ordained Local Ministers (OLM’s) Readers and Elders.
Along with these ministers, all church members are encouraged to use their gifts in the ministry of the church here, and are involved in church services, church groups, pastoral and community work, the care of our buildings, and the day to day running of the church.
