Finding St Mary's church
Accessed via the A12 East of Ipswich. At the Martlesham Park and Ride roundabout, take the exit signposted ‘Martlesham’ and travel along Main Road for a mile. At the bottom of the hill turn right at the crossroads into School Lane. Travel past the houses on the right.
At the top of a small rise, as the road bears to the right, turn left into Church Lane. Continue along the single track road past the houses then the woods on the left. At a sharp bend to the right you can see St Mary’s church in front of you. The car park is immediately on your right through a gap in the hedge.
